DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
You can order as “guest” but we recommend you to register an account so you can make a faster checkout and payment and you don’t have to retype your address every time you want to purchase our products.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER OUT OF STOCK ITEM, IS IT POSSIBLE?
We are trully sorry that we can not produce our out of stock items.

CAN I PUT IN MY CUSTOM ORDER?
We do not receive any custom order.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
yes, we can ship to another address, but if you want to ship to 2 or 3 addresses, you have to make 2 or 3 separate orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN DISPTACHED/SENT?
Unfortunately you can't. We highly recommend you to double check your delivery detail before you proceed to check out.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?
Unfortunately you can't. You have to make a new order.

I HAVEN'T GOT MY ORDER, IT HAS BEEN LATE FOR COUPLE DAYS. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Unfortunately at the moment we only receive Bank Transfer.
